If you're ready to bring the best, join the Commercial Finance Team as a Commercial Finance Analyst. You will be the main point of contact, responsible for the understanding and usage of financial systems within Kellogg (SAP, Anaplan, BPC, etc.) to elaborate ad:hoc reports, perform financial business analysis, and provide business recommendations for management across functions to ensure sustainable revenue growth, profitable expansion, and steady mix of product sales across customers. The job requires to follow up on requests regarding Cogs, OVH and BB as well as coordinate with commercial teams to ensure effects on Cash Flow Management. This hybrid role is located in Guatemala, Guatemala, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office : subject to change.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Ensure activities are due on time
: Ensure actuals are properly reviewed and approved on time. Ensure trade spending is properly managed and recognized in our financial statements. Reviews JBPs to ensure alignment with budget.

Business drivers:
Trade spending, pricing, and mix should be properly explained with business drivers. Generate Closing Presentation. Accurate tracking of investments. Channel OP should be properly explained with clear understanding of COGs, BB and OVH allocations. Participates during the sales monthly closing process, review monthly accruals.

Credit reviews and customer development:
Credit Limit reviews, accruals analysis, collection follow up with customer development.

Stakeholders' interactions
: Supports RGM in implementing promotional prices and other trade related investment ensuring proper approval and documentation. Serves as a liaison with the department heads and GBS to ensure completeness and accuracy of trade spending. Track and support Commercial Teams to accomplish Credit and Collection targets.

SOX Processes, Financial Systems, implementations and guidelines:
Manages Financial Systems to generate reports and analysis (BPC, SAP). Develops and implements a consistent set of financial tools and reports. Supports business processes to ensure proper Internal Control and Corporate policies adherence and have ownership of a substantial process. Supports Customer Development team during the SOX 404 process, internal and external audits by providing required information for testing and verification. Provide guidelines and analysis for RGM and CMKT promo strategies.
We're Looking for Someone With
:
Bachelor's degree in administration, Finance, Accounting or Business:Related area.
:
Advanced Knowledge with SAP, BI and Excel.
:
BPC and Anaplan would be a plus.
:
3:4 years of experience in the role or activities such as Tracking and supporting Commercial Teams to accomplish Credit and Collection targets.

Strong analytical and communication skills and detail oriented.
