Job Summary:
Coordinate the loading of export shipments from both the local and the supervised warehouse, coordinate the unloading of imported products as well as the quality review of the received product, make claims for products with quality problems received in local warehouses as well as in the supervised warehouse.
Main Responsabilities:
:Manage the paperwork for loading vans and exports in the system, making the picking list, confirmation and unloading of the systems inventory.
:Send the export or nationalization orders of the product to the customs agent, according to the preparations generated by SNP.
:Coordinate with SAT personnel the transfer and/or loading of the product stored in the Fiscal Warehouse as well as the completion of arrivals of product secured in the fiscal warehouse.
:Coordinate the proper loading of the vans and/or trucks for exports, guaranteeing the quality of the product shipped.
:Support for assigned Wall to Wall inventory functions
:Follow up and close findings made by EOHS, FP and R, Quality and Autonomous Groups
:Carry out load scheduling as needed and/or assembly sent by SNP
:Coordinate the dispatch of units complying with the required times
:Maintain the accuracy of the inventory registered in the fiscal warehouse against the inventory registered by SAT agents
:Coordinate the personnel requirement and distribution of personnel based on the production plan to ensure the replacement of the same.
Qualifications and Educations:
:Academic Level: Industrial Engineer and related
:1 year in warehouse operations and management
:Knowledge SAP R/3
:Knowledge of MS Office
:Intermediate or Advanced English
