(shared services between suppliers for dispatches, storage, distribution network optimization).:Control the logistics cost (Freight Replenishment) as well as maintain the standard cost ensuring that they are in accordance with the budget in the system (purchasing / selling conditions).:Ensure that the export processes comply with the provisions of the sales agreements (conditions of sale / Incoterms / tariff items / descriptions (given by regulator)) and under the agreed times.:Comply with the billing process for freight and additional export transportation expenses, according to the requirements established on a weekly basis.:Ensure compliance with the agreements established for exports with transport providers and freight forwarders in the countries of the region to ensure compliance with the service required in the performance indicators.:Guarantee compliance with transit times, anticipating potential delays, ensuring daily visibility to internal customers of shipments of finished products and materials in transit (according to incoterm) to the entire region, keeping updated visibility reports made by the Control Tower.:Adjust transport operating procedures (SOPs) for exports according to variations in logistics processes, defining the roles and responsibilities of the parties when required.:Develop and implement contingency plans during force majeure events or situations that prevent or put at risk the regular circulation of transport
