. You'll be responsible of the distributors management, supporting its sales force to achieve the strategic objectives in the different channels/markets. Your purpose would be to maintain and expand relationships with Walmart and customers while assuring strategic business plan implementation. This role is located in Guatemala.

Strategic Mindset:
Assure execution of the commercial calendar and JBP plan strategy through the distributor. Define business priorities of distributors sales force.

Assure Execution:
Executive business discipline and Walmart Management guidelines: weekly meetings, MBR, QBR, T2T, Sales force trainings, etc. Drive and deliver growth by ensuring fundamentals execution and identify new business opportunities.

Customer Focus:
Drive customer engagement to build trust and preference. Maintain steady in:store visitation frequency to ensure implementation of brand presence, door volume, visual roll:out and driving turn. Interact regularly with sales forces related to weekly selling, deliveries and stock availability.
We're Looking for Someone With

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
:
Knowledge and experience in managing Walmart.
:
Previous experience in the consumer's goods industry and distributor model.
:
Knowledge and experience in financial basics planning and reporting areas.
:
English: Advanced.
:
Strong communication skills.
:
Minimum 3 years of strategic sales experience in a business:to business.
