The Department of Speech-Language Pathology at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time Lecturer(s) for Spring 2025 to teach SLP 664: Motor Speech Disorders.
Course Description:
Exploration of the nature of motor speech disorders in children and adults, including sypmtomatology and etiology. Introduction to evaluation tools, interpretation of results, and intervention techniques. Includes current theories on the nature of these disorders and their treatment.
Minimum qualifications:
A master's degree within the field of Communication Sciences and Disorders
Expertise in working with individuals with acquired or developmental motor speech disorders

Preferred qualifications:
A doctorate degree with an emphasis in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusivity, and/or intercultural competence with diverse groups in relation to teaching.

Salary commensurate with degree level and experience.
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,507 - $6,677 per full-time month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $5,507 - $13,224 per full-time month
