Develop and lead the correct execution of the 5Ps strategies by Retail Environment in the hub and countries, ensuring the focus on business priorities and ensuring the generation of action plans taking into consideration the behavior of the shopper in each RE.
What you will do
- Guide the definition of priorities of the hub and of each country to drive Colgate grow above the growth of the market in every Retail Environment.
- Identify the Retail Marketing priorities of the Latin America Division and ensure alignment and implementation in the hub and countries.
- Lead the development of the 5Ps strategies of each Retail Environment in the hub and ensure the correct communication with the Retail Marketing Managers of the countries. Ensure that there are action plans for Colgate to grow in sales and market share in the different Retail Environments with the presence of the categories in which we participate.
- Ensure compliance with Colgates monthly review of priorities and performance evaluation discipline in each Retail Environment in each country, supporting the CBP Monthly Discipline of the countries. Ensure compliance with the CBP monthly discipline in the hub countries.
- Align study priorities with Retail and Shopper Insights Latam, monitor the execution of studies, lead the delivery of results to regional and local teams, ensure the generation of action plans based on the shopper insights obtained. Quarterly review of the performance of defined plans.
- Ensure the development of the Shopper Marketing Activity grid in each country, building it collaboratively with clients, taking advantage of the best practices of Latam and ensuring the integration of shopper insights by Retail Environment.
- Lead the development of the 3 Year Strategic Plans by Retail Environment from the hub, ensuring the participation of the local Retail Marketing Managers for the adaptation to the countries.
- Lead the correct definition of Retail Category Development priorities, ensuring compliance with regional and local functions both to internally strengthen the commercial team and to improve our level of relationship with customers, complying with the different RCD services.
- Lead the participation of Retail Marketing in the process of creating and implementing New Products, ensuring the correct definition of the 5Ps by Retail Environment in each launch.
- Lead in Customer Development the organization and execution of business reviews according to the requirements of the Hub and Latam Division.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
- Experience in sales as CDE, Key CDM or SDM or Mktg
- Shopper and Retail Environments understanding
- Knowledge of Colgate Palmolive brands strategy, knowledge of different analytic tools, InStore essentials and RCD
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelrs Degree in Business Administration
- Masters Degree in Business Administration / Engineer
- At least 3 years experiencein sales as CDE, Key CDM or SDM or Mktg
- Shopper and Retail Environments understanding
- Pharma sector experience
