You will lead strategy development for achieving additional revenue for CARICAM Organization by coordinating and influencing commercial organizations in each one of the 5 revenue management pillars: 1) Promotional Strategy 2) Mix Management 3) Price Strategy 4) Trade Architecture and 5) Innovation and Assortment. This role is located in Guatemala.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Develop Pricing Tools:
Create tools to support consistent and accurate decisions on pricing, promotional strategy, mix management, trade architecture, and innovation/assortment. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to gather input and execute within specific timeframes, aligning with financial objectives.

Price Curve Architecture:
Define the ideal better:buy and price curve architecture by brand and channel. Identify potential SKUs for rationalization and align proposals with categories and logistics.

Price Increase Strategy:
Develop price increase proposals by SKU, considering competitive pricing strategies, brand elasticities, price thresholds, and market performance. Design and implement a promotional strategy RAPID, ensuring clear ROI guidelines and alignment with GM and CD leadership.

White Space SKUs:
Propose SKUs to capitalize on white space opportunities based on market data. Coordinate with multi:functional teams to align proposals and present them to Caricam Leadership for approval.
We're Looking for Someone With

Undergraduate business degree or other discipline (e.g. engineering, finance, economics) that requires extensive quantitative knowledge.

Experience in RGM/Marketing/Finance.
:
4+ years of CPG experience is preferred.
