Modality:Online synchronousCollege:CEHHS - College of Education Health and Human ServicesDepartment:Speech-Language PathologyThe Department of Speech-Language Pathology at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time Lecturer(s) for Fall 2024 to teach SLP 662: Fluency Disorders.Course DescriptionExploration of the nature of fluency disorders across the lifespan. Introduction to evaluation tools, interpretation of results, and intervention techniques. Exposure to current theories of the development of fluency disorders. Minimum qualifications:A master's degree within the field of Communication Sciences and DisordersExpertise in working with individuals who stutter or have fluency disordersCA SLP state licenseASHA CCC'sPer the California State University's Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.
