Verify compliance with Colgates financial policies and internal controls in the payment of investments with clients for 2 countries of C.A. and support in the analysis of the investments made.
What you will do
- Provide follow:up so that investments with clients are provisioned in a timely manner by creating fixed and variable reserves.
- Generation of credit notes to clients verifying compliance with the companys financial policies.
- Follow:up of the aging of reservations for their debugging.
- Support in updating prices and country discounts.
- Support external and corporate audit tests by providing necessary supporting documentation.
- Provide training to the countrys commercial team in control concepts and GTN.
- Review and preparation of monthly reports related to GTN and sales.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including simplification of reports and requests for the creation of new conditions or changes in SAP configuration.
- Participate in necessary evaluations and tests to document SOX controls.
- Provide information on investment levels and their comparison against the budget.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
:Bachelors Degree in Public Accounting and Auditing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
:85 of English language.
:At least 1 year in Credits and Collections,Accounting or Financial areas.
Preferred Qualifications
:Requires knowledge in systems management: Advanced Google tools, Excel and SAP preferably.
:Knowledge of accounting processes.
